Massage Late/CANCELLATION POLICY:
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. No show or missed appointments will be subject to a cancelation fee up to the full amount of the session. **Late arrivals - please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. ***
CHECK-IN:
Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts or your schedule bodywork session to sign in. Sign in upon arrival at the front desk and please ensure all necessary paperwork is fill out prior to your class/appointment.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
If you are currently under treatment by a physician, please contact us for a physician release form prior to your appointment. Your physician will be able to help guide us in how to best help you find healing in your body.
Retreat Cancellation policy:
When you reserve, you may either pay in full or pay monthly installments, depending on what we agree in our call. Upon receipt of your payment, I will send you a confirmation of your deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. I wish I could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but I have costs already going into play when reserving retreat centers. I have designed the cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
Policy: if you need to cancel more than 45 days prior to the start of the retreat you will receive 50% to dedicate to a future retreat. Less than 45 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive no refunds or credits given. All installments will need to be paid in full 45 days before retreat, even if you won’t be able to make it.

IF I CANCEL THE RETREAT:
I have never had to cancel a retreat, however, if I do cancel I will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. I cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that I must cancel a retreat due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, I cannot guarantee a refund – it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue / tour operator we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase trip insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you in case:
• you cancel your participation in the retreat
• retreat is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, or not enough participants to run the trip
• lost baggage
• medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become ill or injured
